In the past 10 years, he has traversed the complexities of civil litigation, corporate/commercial practice and real estate brokerage. He has and still consults for Access Bank PLC, UBA PLC, Zenith Bank PLC and several public listed companies and start ups. Ehis Considers himself more of a business lawyer and a business centric lawyer, as he has advised several start ups on legal framework for their businesses, compliance and regulatory business needs, restructuring, equity investment, likewise with large companies, he has supported them with post incorporation, compliance and regulatory advisory.
