Nnenna Onyeaso

Barr Nnenna Ike is the company Secretary of Felak Concept Limited. She joined Felak since 2016, she holds a bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree with First Class Honours from the University of Hertfordshire United Kingdom, a Barrister at Law (B.L) degree from the Nigerian Law school Bwari Abuja, also a Postgraduate Degree in Oil and Gas Law from the University Of Aberdeen, Scotland. She is a critical thinker, who is diligent, teachable and commercially aware. Her educational background, exposure and work experience has helped her develop shrewd analytical, research, interactive and advocacy skills. She has more than 6 years of worldwide experience in board room port consultancy. As a Company Secretary she has considerable experience in Negotiating terms of contracts or Agreements, Drafting and vetting of various legal agreements like Concession Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Non- Disclosure Agreement, Supply Agreements, Vendor/Contractors Agreements, Transactional Legal Advisory services. Barr. Nnenna was part of the lawyers that developed the legal aspect of the Outline Business Case (OBC) for a green field port project in Nigeria and approved by the Federal Executive Council. She also also participated in the bidding process for the 2020 Marginal field process, and she successfully secured a field for her company. Barr. Nnenna has a vast experience in the Corporate world and has worked in the United Kingdom and Nigeria.
