I am a qualified solicitor and barrister of the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with experience in areas including but not limited to litigation, corporate practice, contract law, arbitration law, marine insurance, carriage of goods at sea, property and real estate law, intellectual property, civil and criminal law, immigration law, etc. I am a lawyer based in Abuja, and I engage in a dual practice as an advocate and solicitor, with particular emphasis on servicing corporate organizations like yours. I am also a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in international trade law from a reputable university in the United Kingdom. I am an expert and excellent draftsman in legal documents, deeds, commercial agreements, powers of attorney, and other legal instruments. Also, I offer advice on legal matters, pursue the recovery of debts owed to my clients, conduct legal searches (both at the Lands Registries and the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja), and prepare loans, leases, tenancies, employment agreements, etc. I am also an accredited agent of the Corporate Affairs Commission(CAC) with experience in registration of Companies, Business names, an Incorporated trustees in Nigeria.
